Job Description:

Senior Backend Ruby Developer

Position Requirements:

• Senior-level (5+ years of experience on Ruby)
• Experience with high-load systems, optimization, and blockchain integrations
• Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and security in Fintech
• Tech Stack: Ruby (backend), Vite, Hono, Prisma (ORM), Neon (PostgreSQL)

Plus:

• Knowledge of DeFi, smart contracts for TON
• Experience with JS/TS for front-end or integrations

Responsibilities:

• Ruby backend development for crypto-banking
• Integration with TON ecosystem, Prisma ORM, and Neon DB
• Optimization of performance, working with API (Hono, Vite)
• Architectural design, code revision, and teamwork
