You will be responsible for our in-house services, such as 'Lychee Redmine,' a self-developed package system that uses the open-source Redmine, as well as other commissioned web system development projects.

Additionally, there is a possibility that you may be tasked with smartphone app development, including the 'KIWI GO' service, which we released in 2021, aimed at promoting exercise habits.

Middle Backend Ruby on Rails Developer.

Responsibilities:
- Plugin Development for the In-House-Developed Redmine Package "Lychee Redmine"
- Development of a In-House-Developed Habit-Forming Smartphone App "KIWI GO
- Design and Development of Business Web Systems

Position requirements:
• Experience working as a Software Engineer - at least 3 years;
• Experience working with Ruby (RoR);
• Experience working using Agile methodologies;
• Japanese - business level.

Good to have, but not required:
• Experience working with JavaScript (React).

Working conditions:
• Working hours - 9:00-18:00 JST;
• Probation - 2 months, but compensation and other conditions are the same;
• No tracking systems, but overtime is possible depending on the project. Overtime is always compensated;
