Job Description:

Due to team expansion, Republic is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails/Fullstack Developer to contribute to the development of our US platform. You will focus on the following areas:

• Integration with payment/KYC/custodial solutions.
• Platform support and performance enhancement.
• Development based on monolithic and microservices architectures.

Tech Environment:

• Core Technologies: Ruby on Rails, React.
  Infrastructure: AWS.
  Tools: Segment, FB Ads, Google Analytics.
  Workflow: Scrum methodology with weekly/bi-weekly sprints.
  Management Tools: Notion, Linear.app, Slack.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails components for the platform.
• Collaborate on payment/KYC/custodial integrations.
• Optimize platform performance.
• Work on monolithic and microservices architectural designs.

Position Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience in fintech or with payment solutions is a major advantage.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver simple solutions for complex problems.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in full-stack development.
• Familiarity with frontend coding (React or similar frameworks).
