Job Description:
Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a passionate and experienced (Senior) Ruby on Rails Developer (m/f/d) to join our team. You will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our core applications while collaborating with our product team to deliver on the product roadmap. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain our core applications and services
- Collaborate closely with the product team to understand and implement product roadmap requirements
- Configure, maintain, and improve deployment infrastructure, server environments, and testing infrastructure
- Take ownership of specific system components, continually working to enhance their functionality
- Ensure scalability, performance, availability, and security of our systems
- Drive innovation and improve our AI-based platform from a technology perspective to support further business development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Position Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in web development and software engineering
- Strong expertise in backend development with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL
- Experience working on medium and large-sized projects for at least 1 year
- Knowledge of backend infrastructure technologies such as Linux, AWS, Docker
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Solid understanding of infrastructure development and clean code principles
- Strong English communication skills
- Interest in AI-based technologies and a passion for developing innovative solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with frontend technologies (VueJS)
- Knowledge of API development (GraphQL, REST)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
