Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining the backend of our application. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in backend development, architecture, and performance optimization, and is passionate about building scalable and reliable systems.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain backend services that support our application

- Design application architecture and APIs

- Optimize performance and ensure scalability and reliability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements

Our Stack:

Ruby, dry-rb, rom-rb, Sidekiq, Redis, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), GitHub

Position Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer

- Proficiency in Ruby

- Advanced SQL knowledge

- Experience with GraphQL API development

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- English level B2 or higher

Working Conditions:

- Contract with a US-based company

- Salary in USD, paid monthly

- 3-month paid trial period with full compensation
