Job Description: 
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our team as we continue to expand and innovate. This role involves full-stack development with Ruby on Rails and React, working in distinct squads dedicated to specific projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within a squad to facilitate timely feature delivery.
  • Participate in planning, discovery, and design phases.
  • Provide insights on broader technical decisions impacting the team.
  • Review the work of junior developers.
  • Suggest enhancements to our technology stack, coding standards, and processes.
     

Our Stack: 
Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, NodeJS, AWS.


Position Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, Web app development, and MVC frameworks.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and communicate findings effectively.
  • Enthusiasm and care for the work performed.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with application infrastructure setup.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages (Go, Node.js).

Interview Stages:

HR Interview (up to 30 minutes) to discuss general questions and company details.

Technical Interview (up to 1.5 hours) with the Team Lead, including possible live coding.

Offer Stage, possible additional interview with the CTO (up to 30 minutes).
