Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Ruby Engineer to join our core product team. You will be responsible for shipping high-quality features with speed and precision, contributing to code structure decisions, and technology selection. You will build features fundamental to our business success, working on a Ruby on Rails + GraphQL + React codebase with high test coverage.

Position Requirements:

• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 6+ years of hands-on Ruby experience
• Advanced Ruby proficiency with interest in latest versions
• Rock-solid Ruby and GraphQL code quality
• Obsessed with building robust, high-quality systems
• Strong business and product understanding
• Fluent English communication
• Experience with Agile principles and cross-functional remote teams
• Results-focused, pragmatic mindset

Nice to have:

• 2+ years of startup/platform business experience
• Berlin-based or EU work eligibility
• Experience with Rails 8+, Hotwire, Stimulus, Turbo
