Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our experienced team working on a high-load platform for managing warehouse inventory, orders, and shipping. The system helps businesses choose shipping providers, calculate optimal costs, insure shipments, generate shipping labels, and track packages in real-time. The platform also includes tools for reporting, billing, and analytics.

You’ll become part of a team building critical system functions for a platform we’ve been developing from scratch since 2017.

Responsibilities:

- Work in an experienced agile team

- Participate in project decisions, analysis, and design

- Focus on developing new features

- Conduct and participate in mandatory code and technical reviews

- Lead small teams (3–4 people) if experienced in team management

Position Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails

- Strong knowledge of OOP and best practices in software development

- Proficiency in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, SQL, and JavaScript

- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

- English proficiency at B1 or higher

- Experience working with Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

- Team management experience is a plus
