Job Description:
As part of our growing Product team, we are looking for a talented Product Engineer. You will play a key role in building and maintaining high-quality software that delivers value to end-users. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and a focus on outcomes aligned with business objectives. We follow the Shape Up method to ensure impactful development cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable software in accordance with our Product Development Process and Secure Software Development Lifecycle.
- Engage in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve code quality and team capability.
- Test, launch, refine, and troubleshoot product features to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and methodologies to help grow our engineering excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders to ensure clear communication on progress, challenges, and dependencies.

Position Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development using Ruby on Rails.
- Strong ability to design, build, and maintain scalable API and web applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Experience working closely with business and product teams.
- Comfortable in a hybrid work environment, supporting distributed collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for sustainability and building impact-driven tools.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools (Slack, Miro, Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of behavioral science or ESG data (a plus, not required).
