Job Description:

We are expanding our core ticketing platform team and looking for a Staff Software Engineer. This is a senior-level position focused on building scalable and resilient systems used by thousands of customer support agents daily.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of software projects, mentor fellow engineers, and drive the delivery of high-quality solutions in a collaborative and pragmatic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Own, design, and deliver scalable software solutions on the core ticketing platform;

- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior and mid-level engineers;

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and deliver impactful features;

- Drive architectural decisions and improve system resilience and scalability;

- Ensure high-quality code through reviews and best practices.

Our Stack:

Position Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying resilient production systems;

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and/or React, Redux, TypeScript, and GraphQL/Apollo;

• Solid knowledge of distributed computing principles and scalable system design;

• Strong understanding of data architecture.
