Job description:
We are looking for a Middle Backend Node JS Developer to join our long term project

Project description:
- Business.
The client is a New York based real estate company with 100+ employees that buys single family houses in bulk (10,000+ houses), maintains them, rents them out and then sells when there's the right time.
They use several external software services for different stages of their buy-rent-sell process.
For example: Monday, Box, Qualia, Spruce, Unqork
- Scope.
They build software for their internal use and LeanSquad is one of a couple of their software development vendors. Specifically, we are responsible for building integrations between their external services. For example, Monday and Spruce We create lambdas to handle webhooks from one external service and send data to another external service communicating via EventBridge.
- Tech stack.
Hosting: AWS.
Languages / Frameworks: Angular, Node.js, Serverless.
Databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB.
AWS Services: EventBridge, StepFunction, SQS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3.
- Current team.
A product manager, devops engineer and QA automation engineer are all on the client side. Our team is:
• Team lead;
• 6 node.js developers;
• 1 manual QA engineer.

Position requirements:
• 3-4 years of programming experience as a backend developer;
• 2-3 years with Node.js;
• Experience with cloud providers (preferably AWS, but Google or Microsoft would work as well);
• An ability to produce quality source code covered with unit tests;
• English upper-intermediate proficiency;
• Ukrainian/ Russian proficiency.
