Job Description:

Due to team expansion, we are looking for a Software Engineer to support our projects with a focus on quality, reliability, and client-oriented development.

Responsibilities:

- Build new product features and maintain existing ones

- Implement both frontend (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and backend logic using Ruby on Rails

- Collaborate with clients for technical advisory and requirements engineering

- Participate in database design using SQL (Postgres, MySQL)

- Take part in project management and technical specification processes

Our Stack:

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline

• Solid experience with Ruby on Rails

• Proficiency in full-stack development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP

• Independent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional programming languages such as Java, Python, Elixir, or Rust

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Willingness to receive and give feedback

• Fluent in English or German (workplace language)
