Responsibilities

• Develop, iterate, and manage multiple mobile applications.
• Design, develop, and release new features while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to align development with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and participate in architectural decision-making.
• Continuously explore and implement emerging technologies to enhance the product.
• Engage with users to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
• Influence and contribute to the company's product roadmap.

Tech Stack

• Backend: Ruby 3.05, Rails 6.1, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch
• Frontend: JavaScript, React 18, React Native/Expo
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing large, well-structured codebases.
• Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript.
• Experience in full-stack development (primary focus on backend: 50-70%).
• Proficiency with React for frontend development.
• Experience mentoring junior developers is an advantage.
• Familiarity with mobile app development and App Store/Google Play release processes is a bonus.
• Flexible working hours: 11:00 – 19:00.
