Job Description:
Due to team expansion, we are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to work on a fast-growing B2B SaaS product. The project aims to empower users to have their most productive workdays by providing a robust and scalable solution in its growth stage.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and solve performance bottlenecks.
• Use APMs to ensure stability and scalability of high-traffic Ruby on Rails applications.
• Propose partitioning, sharding, and replication solutions.
• Introduce and utilize caches to improve throughput.
• Maintain quality and collaborate closely with the infrastructure team to optimize resource usage.

Our Stack:
Ruby on Rails, BI databases (Clickhouse), and related technologies for large-scale, high-performance backend development.

Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend web application development with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong knowledge of BI databases, especially Clickhouse.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• B2-C1 level of English proficiency.
