Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer with 7+ years of experience who enjoys ownership, solving complex challenges, and contributing to a product that actively integrates AI.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and refactor scalable, high-performance Ruby on Rails features
• Lead technical implementation of AI-powered functionality and integrations
• Research and implement new AI tools, models, and architectures
• Own the entire development lifecycle: from design to production support
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to prioritize features
• Refactor legacy code and reduce technical debt
• Drive architecture and system design decisions
• Provide peer code reviews and mentor team members
• Align technical initiatives with business goals
• Contribute to test coverage and quality assurance processes

Tech Stack:
Ruby 3, Ruby on Rails 7, Hotwire, PostgreSQL
AI Integrations: OpenAI, Anthropic AI

Position Requirements:

• 7+ years of commercial Ruby on Rails development
• Experience building and maintaining AI-powered features or integrations (LLMs, APIs)
• Proficiency with ActiveRecord, SQL, and external APIs
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
