Job Description

We are expanding our team and seeking a Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer passionate about working on multi-domain projects and eager to enhance their skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products from scratch and improve existing ones to assist clinicians and study builders in setting up, executing, and analyzing clinical trial data.
• Make data-driven design decisions using inputs from end users, subject matter experts, and machine learning engines.
• Collaborate closely with the customer design and development teams to create exceptional user experiences throughout the platform.

Position Requirements

• Full-stack mindset: Ability to work across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years with Ruby and Ruby on Rails framework.
• Database: Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Frontend: Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript / React.JS.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural team.
• Language: Upper-intermediate or above English proficiency for effective communication within the team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RSpec and Rescue.
• Experience with AWS.
