General Provisions
- This User Information Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the 'Privacy Policy') contains information about the rights and obligations of Users of the Jooby service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service')
- The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement
- By using the Service, the User confirms their agreement with the conditions specified in this Privacy Policy
- The Service Administration reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy at any time without notifying Users
User Registration
- User registration in the Service is carried out by filling out the registration form
- When registering, the User must provide complete and accurate information about themselves
- The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account data
- One User can have only one account in the Service
Положения об использовании и хранении
- Команда Jooby вправе устанавливать ограничения в использовании собственного сервиса в сети Интернет (и в иных сетях социальных-платформ) для Пользователей, грубо нарушающих приватное информационное пространство других Пользователей сервиса Jooby. Команда Jooby, в целях защиты собственного оборудования, вправе ограничить доступ к сервису как для отдельного Пользователя, так и групп Пользователей.
- Команда Jooby вправе направлять Пользователю, предоставившему свои приватные данные (а именно, адрес для информационного контакта), информационные сообщения, в которые может входить рекламная информация только внутренних сервисов команды Jooby без согласования с Пользователем. Информационные сообщения, направляемые Пользователю от команды Jooby, могут направляться только при непосредственном согласии через приватные данные (а именно, через адрес для информационного контакта) отдельно взятого Пользователя, которому адресуется вышеописанное информационное сообщение.
- В целях повышения качества сервиса команды Jooby или(и) привлекаемые ею для проведения опроса Пользователей вправе осуществлять сбор мнений и отзывов по различным вопросам путем направления информационного сообщения при очередном посещении Пользователем сервиса. Собранные мнения и отзывы могут быть использованы для формирования общедоступных статистических данных и данных внутренней аналитики команды Jooby.
Content Responsibility
- The User is fully responsible for any content they post in the Service
- The content posted by the User must not violate the rights of third parties
- The Service Administration has the right to delete any content that violates the rules of the Service
- The User grants the Service Administration the right to use the posted content for the purposes of the Service
Service Usage Conditions
- The Service is provided 'as is', the Administration does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation
- The User undertakes to use the Service only for legal purposes
- The Service Administration has the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for Users who violate the rules
- The User agrees not to use automated scripts and programs to access the Service
Guarantees
- The Service Administration guarantees the confidentiality of User data
- User data will not be transferred to third parties without the User's consent
- The Service Administration takes all necessary measures to protect User data
- In case of detection of violations of data confidentiality, the Administration undertakes to notify Users
Other Provisions
- All disputes between Users and the Service Administration are resolved through negotiations
- The Service Administration has the right to send informational messages to Users
- The User can contact the Service Administration on any issues related to the use of the Service
- This Privacy Policy is valid indefinitely until the publication of a new version
- This Privacy policy is written in Russian and in some cases may be provided to the User for familiarization in another language. In case of discrepancy between the Russian-language version of this information booklet and the version in another language, the provisions of the Russian-language version of this information booklet shall apply.
