About the company:
Basal is a software developing company based in Tokyo. 
We have our own product called 
Nodeblocks - low-code solution for building simple backend. 
We also develop software for our clients, e.g. Payment SDK for EC Industry, Construction Industry Platform, Real-Time Educational Streaming Service and so on.

Position requirements:
Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our software applications and client projects. 
You will work closely with the business team and client to deliver high-quality solutions using the latest technologies. 
In addition to your technical expertise, we are looking for someone who has a strong sense of project ownership and can take charge when necessary.

Desired Experience:

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer in a senior role (more than 5 years).

• Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, REST and microservice architectures for building scalable, composable and high-performance web applications.

• Solid understanding of AWS, including VPC configuration, EC2, ECS, S3, and RDS; as well as security management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations with corporate clients.

• Working level of English, allowing smooth collaboration with international team members.

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred but not required:

• Functional programming concepts

• Clean code architecture

• Google Cloud Platform

Job description:
