Job description:
We're currently looking for a Senior Ruby Backend Developer to join our team and work on our core runtime engine.

Examples of tasks:
- job dispatch queue for numerous consumers, with fair scheduling, priorities, delayed execution, and back-pressure;
- scalable webhooks ingestion pipeline;
- safe execution of user-provided code;
- HTTP offload proxy - automatically switches to async execution for slow HTTP requests;
- job roaming - automatically switch to async for slow execution of slow sync jobs.

Position requirements:
• Good understanding of all building blocks of large web applications: databases, load balancers, application servers, message brokers, caching, monitoring, etc.
• Knowledge of basic data structures and algorithms and how they are used is a must.
• Good understanding of network protocols and stacks.

Will be a plus:
• Experience working with third-party REST APIs at scale (request throttling, batch processing, etc.)
• Experience in related fields (DevOps, ML, DBA, Enterprise applications, etc.)

Working conditions:
• You will work in an International team (Head offices - USA, Singapore. Developers - Georgia, Armenia, Finland, Germany, Estonia, Netherlands,USA, Singapore, India, Spain);
• We are working in the GMT+2 time zone mostly, the team calls at about 13 pm;
