Job description:
Mano is looking for a Lead Backend Engineer who will be working on the backend and infrastructure, while leading a team of up to 6 engineers, scaling the architecture, doing code reviews with the team, etc. Having 8+ years of experience and 3+ years of hands-on developing and leading a team experience are two big assets.

Position requirements:
• Ruby;
• PostgreSQL;
• Team leading;
• Scaling architecture.

Working conditions:
• This is a fully remote role (within +/-3 hrs time zone from Lebanon), which offers an attractive salary + benefits (will be discussed during the 2nd interview).
• Contract based, no probationary period.
