We are currently looking for a remote Lead Python Software Engineer with 5+ years of development experience to join our team.

The customer is an American multinational corporation that develops medical devices, pharmaceutical, and consumer packaged goods.

The main pool of tasks is associated with the modification and creating Python 3 application and scripts for backend microservices.

Please note that even though you are applying for this position, you may be offered other projects to join within EPAM Anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Modify application to provide services to enable GCP functionality from microservices
• Support front-end development with backend Python scripts and frameworks
• Other Python development as required

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Expert Python 3 knowledge
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Experience with BDD testing and behave
• Experience with JIRA
• Web frameworks like Flask, etc.
• Experience with Git
• Experience with Bitbucket
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English
