Job Description:

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior/Lead Backend Engineer to join our Research and Development team. Our team consists of over 250 professionals, including developers, QA engineers, designers, technical support engineers, DevOps engineers, and product managers. Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of backend systems for our SaaS platform.
• Architect and design robust, scalable software solutions.
• Implement and enforce coding standards to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.

• Mentor and guide junior developers to foster skill development and growth.

Position Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Ruby, Rails, with at least 7 years of commercial development experience.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and development methodologies.
• Proven ability to make strategic decisions and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

• Experience in setting up application infrastructure.
