Job description:
We are looking for Middle/Senior Ruby on Rails Dev. to join our company.

About the Project:
Project contains a couple of service-oriented b2c/c2c marketplaces based on one platform. Every marketplace has 2 parts: service provider and customer. Now the project has 770.000 users.
The job implies supporting of those marketplaces and a platform and to develop additional functionality for both.

You will develop one of the largest directions in the company: build new teams, develop structure and internal processes to build an environment for engineers growth and project delivery. Your supervisor will be directly Head of Delivery that helps you to grow in management and leadership areas.

Position requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in Ruby Development;
• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (4/5) framework;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• RSpec/Minitest;
• Experience in relational databases like MySQL;
• Experience with Sidekiq or Resque or similar;
• Experiences with search engines like Sphinx or Elasticsearch or similar;
• Basic knowledge of Linux server administration and Nginx configuration;
• Ready to follow community coding principles and understand SOLID;
• Work commitment within Agile/Scrum methodologies and teamwork;
• Self-motivated / open-minded.

Will be a plus:
• Profound SCSS knowledge;
• 1+ years of commercial experience in HTML/CSS;
• Familiarity with jQuery;
• Understanding Docker.
