We see a massive opportunity in building a contribution infrastructure that unlocks fair compensation for community members who actively contribute to a project.

We are starting off with a narrow focus on web3 communities and plan to broaden to consumer brands at large as they increasingly shift from declining paid ads to community-led growth.

Job description:
We are looking for a senior full-stack engineer.

Your role will focus on building on the front or backend side of things:
- Craft an outstanding onboarding experience for our clients (community leaders).
- Display real-time community activities dashboards and leaderboards.
- Provide community leaders with an interactive data playground.
- Implement no-code workflow creation interfaces that attach long-lasting compensation logic to community contributors' behaviors.
- Develop critical backend components thought for flexibility and scalability.
- Deliver public-facing applications built around gamification so that individual contributors can showcase their contributions and reach higher levels of engagement, unlocking both financial and "soul-bound" rewards.

Your days will most likely articulate like this:
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align our understanding of the current product priorities
- Lead the architectural design of the features you tackle in partnership with other senior members of the team and/or Cedric, our technical co-Founder.
- Establish processes that will ensure the highest Developer Experience for newcomers: Storybooks, rich component and hook libraries, clear documentation, and integration testing that can be industrialized with CI/CD.
- Take some time to explore the latest technologies, and implement small-scale experiments when appropriate (internally or open-sourced).
- Mentor one or several of your more junior colleagues with peer reviews or pair programming (using nice tools like Tuple).

Position requirements:
• Desire to build an app from scratch, establish high-quality standards from the get-go, and perform incremental improvements.
• Experience crafting easy-to-use experiences that leverage data and/or no-code.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Typescript for backend (NestJs, Node/lambda) and front-end (Next.js, React). Proficiency in SQL is a must-have.
• A taste for data processing and/or state management is a plus (KafkaJS, xstate, etc.)
• Ability to find elegant and simple solutions to complex problems
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Strong written and oral skills in English, with an ability for detailed articulations on complex issues.

Bonus: Desire to learn more about the nuts and bolts of blockchains and decentralized identities.
Bonus: you have a particular taste for data, dashboards, and offering a real-time "haptic feedback" kind of experience.
